New Green Party leader Roderic O’Gorman could yet be forced into a “cohabitation” with a deputy leader with whom he does not fully agree.

A contest for deputy leader will be held this Sunday after Mr O’Gorman, Minister for Integration and Children, narrowly saw off a challenge from Senator Pippa Hackett on Sunday.
