Students fear schools won’t offer new Leaving Cert climate action exam subject

Second level students are worried that schools are displaying reluctance to offer the new Leaving Cert course on climate change.

Just 40 of the country’s 722 secondary schools will offer the Climate Action and Sustainable Development course as a subject choice when it is rolled out from next year.
