A Dublin “neighbourhood restaurant” has retained its Michelin star, which proved transformative and drove a post-Covid boom in business over the past 12 months.

Head chef Barry FitzGerald and his wife Claire Marie Thomas opened Bastible in 2015 and last year they were awarded the coveted Michelin star.
