‘It was the best of times, it was the worst of times” A Tale of Two Cities is not the Charles Dickens novel normally quoted at this time of the year, but its opening line perfectly describes the tillage sector over the last two years, in chronological order.
The issue now is where does the tillage industry sit as we head into another year, another season?
