Majority of Budget support for tillage sector to target unharvested crops

The majority of tillage support measures announced in this year’s Budget will target farmers who have been unable to harvest their crops this year.
It’s understood the Minister for Agriculture is also set to announce a further support fund for farmers bordering the Shannon who have seen their land flooding over the past month.
