Cavan and Monaghan identified as ideal sources of feedstocks for AD

Monaghan and Cavan could be the source of a significant amount of the feedstocks needed to run future anaerobic digestors (AD).
Research carried out by Gas Networks Ireland shows that about 80pc of feedstock could be sourced from agricultural sources, and Monaghan and Cavan rank highly, due to their intensive pig and poultry farms.
