Sale prices continues to surpass expectations across the country
A 139ac farm in two large divisions on the outskirts of Ratoath in Co Meath made almost €27,000/ac, exceeding its guide by €7,000/ac
The per-acre price achieved by larger farms is generally far lower than that achieved by smaller parcels coveted by neighbouring farmers. However, as prices continues to rise, land in farms great and small is making big money.
