Tirlán announces €30m support package after ‘alarming fall’ in milk supplies

Tirlán announced a €30m support package yesterday to assist milk suppliers who are experiencing significant challenges due to the prolonged period of above-average rainfall.
The package included a weather payment of 3c/L for March milk, a €30 per tonne feed rebate extended to the end of April and cashflow support of 5c/L to be available on March milk.
