Teagasc and its partners chose an interesting location to demonstrate the commercial realities of dairy calf-to-beef farming.
Sandwiched between the lands of Coolmore and construction millionaire Maurice Regan, the 112ha (277ac) Ballyvadin Farm near Fethard, Co Tipperary is in its second year and will throw its doors open to the public this week.
