The search for Ireland’s most talented family is on as TG4 launches the latest season of the popular show Réalta agus Gaolta.

TG4 has put a call out across the country for performing families to get in touch, whether they’re singers, dancers, musicians or have their own unique talent.

This year’s show will again be judged by broadcaster Sinéad Ní Uallacháin and champion sean-nós singer Irial Ó Ceallaigh, with a well-known guest judge from the world of entertainment set to join the pair every week.

Ireland AM weekend host and long-time TG4 broadcaster Síomha Ní Ruairc is also set to return for another year as the contest’s presenter.

If you think your family has what it takes to become a household name or take the sitting room sing-a-long to the national stage, applications for the show are now open.

There must be at least two members in the group and all members of the group need to be related to each other. Performers of all ages are eligible to apply.

Filming for the latest series of Réalta agus Gaolta will take place at RTÉ studios in Dublin this September. Anyone interested in applying can do so at www.tg4.ie/realtaagusgaolta.
