There’s nothing like late spring to trigger a surge in home improvements.

An increase in temperatures and the arrival of the odd sunny day is enough to prompt an entire neighbourhood into painting the front of their houses, trying their hand at landscaping, or researching a rear extension with anthracite-grey bi-folding doors leading out to a new patio.
