Lidl Ireland says its pay gap is narrowing despite still having more men in senior roles

Women are now paid almost 4pc more than men on average at An Post, the firm has revealed, while German retailer Lidl has seen its gender pay gap narrow since last year.

The Irish semi-state and German supermarket are two of the first firms out of the gate with their 2023 gender pay-gap reports, both of which reveal good news for female staff.
