The Walsh family, who developed Dunboyne Business Park in Co Meath, are selling 13 acres of the park and agent Coonan Property is guiding €400,000 per acre, equating to €5.2m.

The lands are zoned Objective E2 General Enterprise and Employment in the 2021-2027 Meath Development Plan which allows for a range of uses including industrial, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing and other general employment/enterprise uses.

Over the years, the Walsh family has sold a number of properties in the park and current occupiers include the 2468 Group catering supplier, Dunboyne College of Further Education, Outdoor Living and Petrochem. It is located close to the Dublin border and Junction 5 of the M3 motorway.
