The office market looks set to be oversupplied until as late as 2027 as a boom in supply comes at a time of plunging demand.

Despite booming jobs figures, the office market in the capital, which sets the pace nationally, is set to remain under pressure until the end of 2026 or early 2027, according to a report by BNP Paribas Real Estate Ireland (BNPPRE).
