Mullingar site with permission for 130 homes seeks over €4.3m

A ready-to-go development site with full planning permission for 130 residential units has come to the market and agent Coonan Property is guiding more than €4.3m for it.

The site is located about 1.5 km to the south-east of Mullingar town centre and west of Ballinderry Road.

Extending to 9.9 acres, it received planning permission from Bord Pleanála last July for 94 houses, plus 36 duplexes and apartments.

Ballinderry Road is a local road that intersects with the N52 about 1km to the south of the site. The N52 connects with the regional road R394 which bypasses Mullingar to the west. It also connects with the N4 which runs to the east and north of the town. Mullingar has a rail service to Dublin.
