Layden Property Holdings Ltd is selling a development site at No 94, O’Connell Street in Limerick, with planning permission for a mixed-use development featuring 24 apartments and ground-floor commercial space.
Joint agents Rooney Auctioneers (Limerick) Ltd and JLL are guiding €1.75m for the property which includes a former Bank of Ireland branch on the corner with Glentworth Street. This building was converted from residential use to a bank in 1854.
As well as a new residential and cafe block, the development will include the bank reverting to residential, with three upstairs flats plus commercial use at ground floor and basement levels.
