Former President Donald Trump doesn't fancy his longtime friend Mike Tyson's chances against Jake Paul. The boxing heavyweight great, 57, was set to throw down with Paul, 27, inside the AT&T Stadium on July 20 - but a medical emergency with Iron Mike forced a postponement to November.

Speaking on Logan Paul's 'Impaulsive' podcast, Trump explained: "Mike was fantastic but Mike's a little older now and you guys can fight...you guys can really fight...I always thought a UFC guy, a top contender could win even at 75 years old but it doesn't work that way, the clock is still the clock."

There's a good chance that Trump could attend the rescheduled bout on Nov. 15 and he could be the President-elect should Nov. 5 go well for the leading Republican nominee.

"And Trump, if you're watching this, this is an invite," Tyson's rival Paul said in a FOX News interview. "I know you used to promote Tyson, so I'd love to have you at the fight. Vivek came to my other fight. And, of course, the silver fox, Barron Trump. So, Donny, pull up, we've got tickets for you."

It was an ulcer flare-up that scuppered Tyson's July return to professional boxing. He was on board a flight from Miami to Los Angeles. "I want to thank my fans around the world for their support and understanding during this time. Unfortunately, due to my ulcer flareup, I have been advised by my doctor to lighten my training for a few weeks to rest and recover," said Tyson.

Tyson has also reaffirmed that he believes Paul will be knocked out when they square off later this year. "My body is in better overall shape than it has been since the 1990s and I will be back to my full training schedule soon," he added.

"Jake Paul, this may have bought you some time, but in the end, you will still be knocked out and out of boxing for good. I appreciate everyone's patience and can't wait to deliver an unforgettable performance later this year."

Trump, a big fan of combat sports and a regular at the UFC alongside friend Dana White, was particularly keen to see whether the Paul brothers would ever go to war inside the squared circle.

"I was willing to step in for Mike Tyson, when Tyson got sick and had to postpone his fight. We actually ran it up the chain at Netflix," older brother Logan Paul responded to the former President's question. Trump added: "It's hard for brothers to fight."

The WWE United States Champion responded: "Not for Netflix. Not for a big 'ole bag.

"Figure it out once and for all. Me and Jake decided that, obviously we both come from a place of love. And whatever the outcome would be, we would have to be okay with it. But obviously, I love my brother."
