Yet after the energetic activities, the mother-of-four looked thoroughly relaxed as she lounged on an inflatable unicorn.

Rebekah's appearance comes after she spilled the beans on life in the I'm A Celebrity jungle, hinting the programme is 'fake' and revealing producers even tell contestants when to shower and what to talk about.

She also alleged group discussion scenes were pre-planned, with producers suggesting a topic to talk about around the fire.

'Any time that you see people sat around the fire, usually someone’s been called to the Bush Telegraph and comes out with a bit of paper and says, "We all need to discuss this topic".'

In 2007, the late Sex Pistols manager Malcolm McLaren made the sensational claim he quit I'm A Celeb because the series is was a 'fake'.

The star, who pulled out just hours before he was due to go into the jungle, denied rumours he left because he was fightened of insects and spiders.

He said at the time: 'It's a nonsense to say I quit over a spider. The reality is their jungle is a glorified film set.

'The whole show is a circus. I was shocked to hear I was never going to be in any danger.'
