'His eyes were red and puffy like he'd been crying for days': Inside Shia LaBeouf's bizarre art installation complete with Transformers toy, whip, and pink ukulele
He has walked out of a press conference, apologised for plagiarism via a skywriter and arrived at a black tie premiere with a paper bag over his head.
And now Shia LaBeouf is holding his own art installation in Los Angeles, with new pictures showing the 27-year-old star looking emotional after being persuaded by TMZ to remove the infamous 'I am Not Famous Anymore' bag from his head.
'His eyes are red and puffy as if his cat just died,' the website insider reported about Shia sitting in silence for seven hours a day.

The art installation features a table containing a variety of objects for fans to pick up, seemingly relating to the actor.
They are listed as a Indiana Jones whip; a model Transformer from Shia's breakthrough movie; a bouquet of daisies; a pink ukulele, a bottle of Jack Daniel's whiskey, a basket of abusive tweets, Hershey Kisses and a book by Daniel Clowes - the author he was accused of plagiarising.
Shia was offered tacos by TMZ but received no response from the star who wore a tuxedo, white shirt and bow tie.
'I tell him this all seems incredibly self-serving,' the website's reporter wrote. 'No response. I ask him to share a swig of whiskey with me. No response. I ask him if any slimy characters have put their lips on the bottle - he breaks into a wide smile. Then immediately his face returns to its regular stoic self.'

Shia's installation runs from Tuesday to Sunday at 11am to 6pm at The Cohen gallery on Beverly Boulevard and is entitled '#IAMSORRY.'
In fact, the star tweeted the hashtag on Tuesday to mark the start of the exhibit along with the phrase 'I am not famous anymore.'
It is believed his recent antics may be costing him roles. However, insiders insist his erratic behaviour is all part of a 'performance art' hoax.
A source told Page Six: 'Everyone who knows Shia is in on the joke. It's all part of an act.'

Shia recently left a press conference for the film in Berlin, Germany after answering just one question, quoting former Manchester United football player Eric Cantona.
'When the seagulls follow the trawler, it’s because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea,' he said before walking out.
He arrived at the movie's premiere with the now infamous paper bag over his head after pulling out a tooth to get into character for his new war movie Fury.

These acts follow a string of online apologies the actor made after releasing last year a 12-minute short film HowardCantour.com starring Jim Gaffigan last year, but quickly pulled it after allegations of plagiarism arose.
The short had striking similarities to the graphic novel Justin M. Damiano by 52-year-old cartoonist Daniel Clowes.
Shia's actions were called 'shameless theft' by the comic's publisher Eric Reynolds and a string of apologies from Shia ensued.
He posted six tweets on December 16 said he 'got lost in the creative process,' apologised profusely and dramatically concluded by posting 'I f***** up'.
