Michael Brunelli has said farewell to one of his greatest loves.

The former Married At First Sight groom documented the process of his fiancée Martha Kalifatidis undergoing explant surgery to remove her breast implants in an emotional video on Tuesday.

In the clip, shared to Instagram, the 33-year-old personal trainer joked that he was 'saying goodbye to my two best friends today'.

Set to the Celine Dion song My Heart Will Go on, the video saw Martha, 35, dressed in a hospital gown and mask as she prepared for the procedure.

When she left the room, he mimed grabbing onto her bust with his hands and joked that he was in mourning.

'I'll never forget you both,' he joked in the caption alongside the humorous video.

In the comments, Michael explained to one of the couple's fans that Martha was healing up.

'She's doing well, I'm sure she'll post all about it soon,' he wrote.

Martha, who got a boob job 15 years ago, revealed in May that was she was a step closer to getting her implants removed after recently seeing her doctor.

The reality star-turned-Instagram influencer previously offered advice to fans who were considering getting the procedure.

A 20-year-old female follower asked the reality star: 'How old were you when you got your implants? I'm 20 and want them but scared of hate.'

'I was probably your age,' she replied. 'My advice is wait until you're a bit older, then make the decision. Never make a decision about surgery if you have doubts [or] are unsure.'

It comes after Martha revealed her bust ballooned to an F-cup bra size after her pregnancy.

'I am an F-cup since I've had Lucius,' she told fans on social media.

She previously revealed she shot up to a G-cup while breastfeeding and was eager for her chest to 'shrink' back its normal size.
