Kim and Khloé Kardashian played hosts to friends and family with a rustic getaway in Idaho before jetting away to Michael Rubin's fabled 4th of July bash.
The sisters brought their children and invited their pals to bring theirs for the gathering at Lake Coeur d'Alene.
