The Office of the Dean supports international cooperation in research, teaching and learning at the Faculty of Arts & Science by facilitating collaborative projects initiated by A&S academic units or by the University of Toronto.
Our office liaises and collaborates with the University of Toronto’s Office of the Vice-President, International (OVPI) and Centre for International Experience (CIE) as well as diplomatic and other agencies around the world.
What We Do
- Host visiting delegations
- Support relationship building between international contacts and internal stakeholders
- Assist academic units in exploring potential international engagement activities for students and/or faculty members
- Plan, establish and facilitate the development of new international initiatives
- Provide guidance and support for international agreements
- Foster existing international cooperation projects
- Connect stakeholders with specialized supports in the dean’s office
