Responsibilities:

• Ensuring adequacy of supplies at cooking sections
• Preparation of daily ingredients
• Following the guidance of Sous & Head Chef
• Optimize the cooking process with extra attention to speed and quality
• Enforce strict health and hygiene standards *Work days or nights exclusively - no split days, upon approval.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience in a chef de partie role
• Familiarity of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of best cooking practices

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must possess a Food Safety Supervisors Certificate
• Solid plating skills with an eye for detail
• A love for organised and procedure driven prep, ordering and stock management systems.
