Weekend Chef

We are looking for a Chef to run our Brunch menu at a beautiful modern cafe in Cranbourne South. You will be working with our long term 2nd Chef during busy weekend Brunch service. 

Must be available both weekend days. Days only.

Must have own transport. Our cafe is not close to public transport. 

The right candidate will - 

• Be able to work well under pressure. 
• Have a sense of urgency for all tasks.
• Be passionate about the food we prepare and the food industry in general.
• Have a sense of pride in their workplace- keeping the area clean, organised and tidy at all times. 
• Posess great communications skills - be able to communicate clearly and politely to all staff at all times but also leave clear instructions for our full time weekday Head Chef. 
• Have at least 3 year experience in a similar role.
