Seeking a Sous Chef for a New Warehouse-Style 350+ PAX Venue in Frankston! 

Hotel Paradiso will soon open after an extensive build and we are filling positions within our core management team. 

The team is passionate about good food, wine and customer service. We make the effort to support local suppliers and producers and our venue is built with sustainability in mind.

 The role:

• Build and lead a strong kitchen team 
• Day to day operation of our food offering with the support of the General Manager
• Building relationships with regular and local clientele
• Training, and development of your team
• Assist in the management of labour costs to achieve profitable operation while providing high level of service

• Passionate about fresh produce, and experience in Neapolitan style pizzas
