The 22-year-old DNA Model bared her midriff in a white tank top and baggy drawstring pants, which she paired with large sunglasses and black ballet flats.
Kaia got her brunette mane off her neck with a claw clip, and she toted a brown belt-strapped Burberry bag as she listened to her old-school Apple EarPods.
Gerber - who boasts 10M Instagram followers - recently posted a slideshow featuring a surreal behind-the-scenes modeling snap captioned: 'Born to dilly dally.'
On August 17, the Library Science book club co-founder will celebrate the 33rd birthday of her boyfriend Austin Butler, whom she hasn't been publicly pictured with since The Bikeriders premiere in Hollywood on June 17.
