  • Final

Electrical, plumbing and gas permits are required but not issued by the Town of Banff. For further information contact the Safety Codes Council of Alberta and Alberta Municipal Affairs.

For projects involving existing commercial or residential buildings, please refer to the plans examination report attached to your building permit for identification of required inspections.

Please contact Planning and Development to arrange for inspection with the Building Inspector. Please note that the Building Inspector may ask that all or a portion of the work be exposed for inspection if that work has been covered prior to the pertinent inspection being conducted.
