This past week another article was written around some of the customer centric experiences we have been working on for years. Always great to get to sit down and share these experiences with the media in the hope they find them newsworthy, and for that all credit to our PR team. With the abundance of products being launched and general interest in torque, tech and 0-100 times, it was great to see our experiences take prescendence. They say "The showroom sells the first car and the workshop the second..." and the more we've really immersed ourselves in this space, assessed the data and iteratively enhaced our experiences, we're seeing that nothing is truer.
