Not only did April wash up as the third wettest April on record, but April 27 also broke a daily rainfall record at the Greenville Spartanburg International Airport, accounting for 4.40 inches of rain. All said and done, for the month of April, GSP received 10.12 inches of rain, continuing to pour into our surplus for the month, season, and year.Two other totals of note: Asheville saw 1.28 inches on April 27 and Clemson got 2.90" on April 29.Below is a map of part of our region and the rainfall totals for each area for April 27-28.
