MBL Friday Evening Lecture Series: Dr. R. Max Holmes

For over a century, the Marine Biological Laboratory’s Friday Evening Lecture Series has been bringing prestigious experts to Woods Hole, MA to present talks that are free and open to the public.

Woodwell Climate President & CEO Dr. R. Max Holmes will be sharing his driving vision in a presentation titled “Climate Change: Charting a Path to a Positive Future.” While it is easy to imagine a negative future as the impacts of climate change continue to come crashing down around us, this presentation will explore a vision for the path to a sustainable future where people, climate, and nature thrive, and what near- and longer-term actions might be needed to get there.

Join us in person at the MBL’s Cornelia Clapp Auditorium, or register to participate virtually. Doors open at 7:30pm, and the lecture begins at 8pm.
