A low pressure-system is in the Tropical Atlantic. The system is made up of a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms. It will move northeast at 10-15 mph through the weekend. There is a 10% chance of subtropical or tropical storm to form by next week. It has started to move over cooler water and the chance for development is unlikely.
