The anticipation and excitement is slowly starting to build for the 2024 total solar eclipse.
The path of totality will run from Texas to Indiana to New York and exit the U.S. after crossing Maine.
The eclipse will be partial in southeast Georgia and the Lowcountry. That means you will need solar glasses to view them, but I highly recommend checking it out. Here are the details for the Savannah area. Viewing time will vary by only a few seconds to about a minute across our entire viewing area.
