USUALLY WHAT WE FALL ASLEEP DURING THAT TIME. UM, TODAY IT’S GOING TO BE A LITTLE BIT EARLIER. SO WE’RE LOOKING MORE TOWARDS TWO, THREE, 4:00. AND IT’S MAINLY IN OUR CENTRAL AND OUR EASTERN SPOTS. THAT EARLIER TIMING IS ALSO THE REASON WHY WE’RE GOING TO BE COOLER TODAY, WHERE TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE UPPER 80S AND LOW 90S COMPARED TO YESTERDAY WHEN WE REACHED 98 DEGREES AS A HIGH TEMPERATURE. NOW, THIS IS NOT THE HOTTEST AIR. YESTERDAY WAS NOT THE HOTTEST AIR OF THE YEAR. THAT WAS ACTUALLY BACK IN JUNE WHEN WE REACHED 99 DEGREES. BUT IT’S CLOSE. AND OF COURSE IT FELT REALLY HOT WITH ALL OF THAT HUMIDITY. SO TODAY, ENJOY IT. UPPER 80S AND LOW 90S. BUT AGAIN WE’LL HAVE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING A LITTLE BIT EARLIER ON IN THE DAY. OUTSIDE. RIGHT NOW WE’RE WAKING UP TO TEMPERATURES INTO THE MIDDLE 70S ACROSS CENTRAL FLORIDA, AND THEN IT’S A SLOW CLIMB INTO THE UPPER 80S AND LOW 90S. BUT LOOK AT HOW EARLY WE START TO TRACK SOME SHOWERS. SEVEN 8:00 A COUPLE OF DEVELOPING SHOWERS BACK TOWARDS OUR WEST, UP TO ABOUT A 60% COVERAGE OF RAINFALL AROUND TWO AND 3:00, AND EVEN GOING INTO THE 4 OR 5:00 HOUR. STILL SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. RIGHT NOW, THOUGH, NO RAINFALL TO TRACK AT THE MOMENT. THERE WILL BE SOME DEVELOPING SHOWERS AS WE LOOK TOWARDS LATE MORNING TEN 11:00, ESPECIALLY SOME THUNDERSTORMS ALONG OUR COASTLINE, OUR GULF COAST LINE, AND THEN BY LUNCHTIME, QUICKLY DEVELOPING SHOWERS, HEAVIER RAINFALL AND OUR CENTRAL AND EASTERN SPOTS. MORE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOP AROUND TWO AND THREE AND CONTINUE TO MARCH OFF TOWARDS THE EAST. SO TWO 3:00 SCATTERED TO ALMOST WIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORMS IN OUR CENTRAL AND EASTERN LOCATIONS. AND THEN WE’LL HAVE THE COLLISION OF THE EAST AND WEST COAST SEABREEZE AROUND FOUR. THAT MAY LEAD TO 1 OR 2 STRONGER STORMS UP AND DOWN I-95, SOME LINGERING SHOWERS IN OUR CENTRAL SPOTS 530 AND 6:00. THINGS SLOWLY BEGIN TO FADE OUT. AND THEN LATE TONIGHT, WE’LL BE COMPLETELY DRY. NOW, TOMORROW WE’RE STILL SEASONABLE WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE LOW 90S, BUT WE’LL HAVE DRIER AIR. WE’LL BE DOWN ABOUT A 40% CHANCE OF RAINFALL AND IT’S ALL THANKS TO A BATCH OF SAHARAN DUST HEADED OUR WAY. THERE’S GOING TO BE A COUPLE OF ROUNDS OF SAHARAN DUST, ONE ARRIVING WEDNESDAY. THIS IS WHEN WE’LL SEE THE THICKEST DUST ACROSS MUCH OF THE STATE. SO THAT WILL HELP TO LIMIT OUR SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY. COUPLE THAT WITH THE HIGH PRESSURE THINGS BEGIN TO IMPROVE BY FRIDAY AND THE WEEKEND. AND THAT’S WHERE WE’LL SEE OUR RAIN CHANCES INCREASE, ESPECIALLY SUNDAY. AND MONDAY. UP TO A 60% COVERAGE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS BOTH DAYS, BUT THE HEAT IS BACK. MID 90S START THIS WEEKEND.
