Shipping policy

Shipping is free on all orders within the Contiguous US. For Alaska & Hawaii, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

"In Stock" items typically ship within 1-3 business days. If an item has an extended shipping date, the shipping estimate will be listed on the product page and in your shopping cart. All shipping windows may be extended by 1-3 business days during promotions and holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Labor Day, etc.).

We work with a variety of carriers (FedEx, UPS and Ontrac) in order to minimize the time it takes for you to receive your order. All of our rugs ship from our facility in Southern California.
