This is the 4th time of me using Tripster to purchase tickets and I've never had a bad experience yet . Super easy to setup an account and use . Thanks for another great time .

Tripster refused to give any kind of compensation or even admit any fault of their own when they sold us four reserved seating tickets to a show that were purchased early enough to guarantee front row, center tickets. The venue received an unreadable fax from Tripster and tried several times to contact them about the purchase and never was able to contact them. This is due to the fact that Tripster gave an incorrect number to the venue for Customer Service. Once again showing how the Customer Service at Tripster is lacking. Even after the fact, Brianna, a supervisor at Tripster, blatantly refused to admit any wrong on Tripster's part or even offer an apology or any type of refund or compensation for their mistake. Needless to say, I will never buy from Tripster again and I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of their poor Customer Service and lack of getting the tickets correctly ordered.

I was very skeptical about using this website. But, I everything turned out great. The tickets are almost half priced. The venue even called me about an hour after the purchase to confirm any special accomodations. I will be using them again.

I google searched coupons for the ferris wheel at the island in the Pigeon Forge, TN after I had already arrived at the island and your site was listed in the search results. Since I hadn't heard of your company before I google searched your company for reviews and found that you had received excellent reviews. So I purchased a ticket voucher for 6 tickets and simply handed my phone with the voucher to the ticket clerk who redeemed the voucher for my 6 tickets. Very simple and fast process!

We are sorry to hear of the issue. If you attempted to make a purchase and received a decline message, no charges have been collected from Tripster. The amount you are seeing is most likely a pre-authorization, which has already been voided on our end. You can reach out to our customer care team via email f you need documentation to present to your bank if they are holding your funds.
This is the first time I've ever used tripster and it is a phenomenal app. It saved me a ton of money and I was able to fulfill a promise to my kids. Will definitely use this again and again!!!!!

Easy to use and great discounts. We used Tripster during our recent trip to Myrtle Beach, SC and were able to get discount tickets to Ridley’s aquarium, Legends in Concert and Hollywood Wax Museum. Definitely would recommend!!

So far I’ve had a good experience using Tripster while we vacation in Pigeon Forge, TN. Their deals have saved us a bit of money, it isn’t a crazy amount but a small discount is still better than paying full price. It is a legit deal and they are authorized dealer for the attractions we were visiting. The terms and conditions are pretty clear, I would always suggest potential buyers to make sure to read about what you’re paying for and aak questions if it is unclear. I had an inquiry about one of the deals and was pleasantly surprised to get a real person answering my call and fairly quickly too.

Ordering the tickets for the Hollywood Wax Museum in Myrtle Beach, SC was easy and had a discount. Then the tickets were sent to my email. When arriving to the Museum I did not have to stand in line, just had to show them my tickets in my email to be scanned. Very convenient.
