Tripster is lacking
Tripster refused to give any kind of compensation or even admit any fault of their own when they sold us four reserved seating tickets to a show that were purchased early enough to guarantee front row, center tickets. The venue received an unreadable fax from Tripster and tried several times to contact them about the purchase and never was able to contact them. This is due to the fact that Tripster gave an incorrect number to the venue for Customer Service. Once again showing how the Customer Service at Tripster is lacking. Even after the fact, Brianna, a supervisor at Tripster, blatantly refused to admit any wrong on Tripster's part or even offer an apology or any type of refund or compensation for their mistake. Needless to say, I will never buy from Tripster again and I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of their poor Customer Service and lack of getting the tickets correctly ordered.
