Kira was Amazing! We have 2 companies but just started with Merchant One and only have Clover Card Readers so were really confused why Clover Security wanted us to PCI Cert with them. We called and Kira not only explained the deal but also took care of everything for us. She was totally understanding, awesome to talk to, and probably provided me the best customer service I've ever had. She's definitely the person you want to provide customer service to you if ever given the chance!

I received excellent customer service. The customer service person was Mrs. Evans. She was Patient kind and understanding my situation. Excellent customer service. In my opinion she deserves more than 5 stars. I was so sad to have to close my account, but because my machines are down and no more money to invest in the machines, I was forced to close the account. She was very pleasant to talk to considerate and very Helpful.

Andre Clark was phenomenal and went above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions. I would have to say this is the best customer service I've ever had with this company. Many of the times I've called before, I've always gotten the runaround, but he gave me tons of information and straight-forward answers. Merchant One, this man should be the standard for ALL your customer support reps, and he deserves a raise!!

If i could give 0 i would. their rates are MUCH higher than any other company. they lie about their onboarding and fees then charge more and claim it's the card holders fault you are paying more. there are no cards out there that do not have points, perks etc. so YOU the vendor will pay this at a rate of 4% and up through merchant one. then they tell you there are no cancelation fees and then charge small businesses over $2000 to exit the contract. your onboarding agent will never answer you call and if they do they transfer you to someone that blows you off and will again lie and say they helped when your next bill shows they did not. STAY AWAY.
