The movers were fast, hardworking and very efficient. I needed help filling out my container and they were able to put everything inside in 2 hours. They were very careful with my belongings and receptive to my suggestions. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that needs help moving!

Able to handle the unloading quite well including heavy items. Arranged things in locations specified for each; took directions, ready to reshuffle if needed. On time, called before hand and courteous. Did pretty good job.

My movers showed up on time and ready to work. They unloaded an entire house of furniture and boxes in 2 hours with no damage to the belongings or the new house. They were friendly and courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better moving experience.

I was very wary of using this service, offered via a Budget rent-a-truck. But they were helpful, responsive and extremely reliable. The customer service continued even after our move. The movers they sent, Two Men and a Duck, were also on time, polite, efficient and proactive. I highly recommend this service.

It was so convenient. The team showed up on-time and took great consideration in the handling of my items. There were a couple of scuffs on the wall but idk if that’s due to moving in or the moving out of the previous occupant of the property.

The guys were great. They were running late and communicated this to us way before even being late. When they got to our house they started loading the Pod and didn’t stop. It was a very hot day and they didn’t miss a beat. I would hire these guys again. Hope we have a team as good as they were when it is time to unpack our POD in Florida.

Fortunately they were flexible due to problem with delivery time of pods. Called back & followed thru & worked with our schedule. Movers were efficient & very careful with everything & mindful of our house. Worked quickly & ask here to put everything. Would definitely use again.

Worst moving experience ever with movers that you promoted on your site. Then when things went wrong I reported it to you and was told I would get a call back. I never did and had to keep calling you. The only communication you provided was much later, and only about releasing the payment. My complaint was never resolved or even addressed. I then had to tell you multiple times over the phone and again over email to release the payment. Your communication and organizational skills are severely lacking!

We made a cross country move to an area where we had few contacts. We knew we would need unloading help when we arrived. I found HireAHelper through a Google search, gave my information, and shortly after we had connected with a local service that could meet our requirements. The helpers arrived early, finished the job early and made our move a success. The team who loaded the trailer for me damaged or destroyed much of my special furniture. I sold most of my store bought furniture before the move and moved primarily keepsake furniture. The team broke things while loading but never said anything to me about it. Some damage could be expected but the large amount of damage was overwhelming to me. I would never recommend Hire-a-Helper as a result of their horrible service snd disregard for my things.
