L1 Enterprises Script Review 2024

The time spent reviewing our script in such detail was very much appreciated. Shruti was very helpful today. She listened to any concerns or suggestions we had, while providing her own suggestions to help us come up with the best script language possible for the Answer Connect team and our customers.

Great answering service

We have been using answer connect at our small law firm for about 10 years. Their system works really well (they email you the information and transcript) and we have never received a complaint from a client about the service. The information the obtain and provide from clients is almost always accurate as well. They also frequently check in to make sure everything is going ok. Their prices are also very reasonable. If you are looking for an answering service I would highly recommend them.

They provide great customer service

They provide great customer service. We use them for their answering service. They do a great job collecting all the info and we have never gotten any complaints about their service. Would recommend them to anyone looking for after hours or phone triage service if your phones are busy.

Very Satisfied Customer

I've only been using Answer Connect for the last 5 months. I have zero complaints. In fact, yesterday, I expanded my services with them.
Working with Gabriella to get this set up was absolutely the easiest, quickest process ever. My new service hasn't started yet, but I'm hoping that it will be as good as what these guys are already doing for me.

They have great customer service

They have great customer service, they are always checking in to make sure that your script is up to date and accurate, and I love how at any time a customer can call and be greeted by an actual person as opposed to an answering machine!

Exceptional Service and Professionalism!

I am incredibly impressed with AnswerConnect professionalism and efficiency. My client account manager, Tony, is amazing. He is exceptionally skilled and professional, handling all my task requests with ease and effectiveness. The telephone answering agents are equally fantastic, managing my calls 24/7, including live chat support such as Facebook messenger and WhatsApp. This allows me to focus on my business, ensuring my team can provide excellent frontline service from the back office. AnswerConnect has significantly improved our workflow and customer service. Highly recommended!

Effective Support Team

I wanted to make edits to one of our scripts. While I was unable to do so 100% manually for the specific changes I wanted the support team worked hard to make that a non-issue, even going so far as to pre-empt where I wanted to move certain content.

Dyan Morrow has made this whole process so simple and seamless. We are going to turn our phones over starting on Monday as I am out of town until then. Best Customer Support

Answer Connect offered solutions for everything we need. The setup was super easy and fully customizable to what we want.

Dyan M. was our client account manager and she was fantastic!! She took the time to complete our setup, answer my questions, and never rushed me or made me feel stupid for not knowing or understanding the process. I couldn't have asked for better support!

Dyan Morrow was terrific customer service. I had a problem with bank fraud and we didn't change the bank account. Dyan fixed the problem cheerfully and with understanding and kindness.

Pilly

Pilly, our Client Account Manager who did the onboarding session with my assistant and I, was fantastic. She's extremely knowledgeable, knows the system inside and out and above all, was very patient with us.
She was able answer every single question or concern we had and came up with workarounds quickly.
Like I said, she was very patient with us. Even though the session went on for close to 2 hours, she never let on that she had another meeting she had to attend. It seemed to us that she truly wanted us to understand all we could and that we were ready to start using the system immediately.
I would give Pilly 5+ stars out of 5! If everyone at AnswerConnect is a good as her, then you guys have the best customer support out there!

Great support!!

Great service

Appointments were made and kept. Tracy was very informative and knowledgeable about Answer Connect. She was able to take the information given and help us set up the exact format our company needed. She followed up to make sure that it was working for us. We had to make a few adjustments and she was very patient and helpful in making the changes.
