Pilly, our Client Account Manager who did the onboarding session with my assistant and I, was fantastic. She's extremely knowledgeable, knows the system inside and out and above all, was very patient with us.
She was able answer every single question or concern we had and came up with workarounds quickly.
Like I said, she was very patient with us. Even though the session went on for close to 2 hours, she never let on that she had another meeting she had to attend. It seemed to us that she truly wanted us to understand all we could and that we were ready to start using the system immediately.
I would give Pilly 5+ stars out of 5! If everyone at AnswerConnect is a good as her, then you guys have the best customer support out there!
