Our stay was impeccable in every aspect, with only a couple of minor points to note. The staff's exceptional service, the inviting pool, the spotless cleanliness, and the delectable food truly set a high standard. We had a wonderful time.
Check Out: sorry, you need to provide something for the price that you are charging, and the general answer to this was a flat no. Sorry, it's not acceptable. Saying 1200hrs and your card will stop working just ruined the overall stay. We could have gone out on our final day but did not want to travel back without a shower, so we chose not to. We have stayed in 100s of places that offer at least a basic option, which would have been acceptable.
The room we stayed in was superb, except if one of us wanted to get up at night and use the toilet, etc, it would light up the whole room. Yes, even the mirror light.
If you have read this far, please don’t let this put you off. It was a great stay overall and the staff could not do enough. We are already looking forward to our next stay, where we plan to explore different room options.
