Club Alpina Apartments Hotel offers a pleasant stay with its commendable cleanliness and spacious rooms that are cleaned daily, although some guests suggest the bedding could be more comfortable and the decor is in need of an update. The hotel's location is generally appreciated for its proximity to local attractions, yet a handful of visitors find it slightly off the beaten path. While the service is often highlighted as friendly and helpful, there have been instances of unprofessionalism. The pool and children's facilities are popular, but be aware of potential extra charges. Noise can be an issue, with complaints about loud guests and slamming doors.

We have stayed here many times in the last 10 years or so. A close knit team that that pay close attention to your needs. Very friendly and helpful in every way, New upgrading in the last two years around the pool area makes a pleasant relaxing day by the pool where the waiters cater for your every need. The rooms are spacious ( Deluxe rooms view of the pool upgrade was £10.00 but well worth it ) very clean throughout the food is very good, if you’re on a budget you can buy a meal deal for your duration very reasonable prices. It’s basically a little hotel I found that you want to go back too. I have stayed in far more extravagant hotels in other countries but I am always drawn back to this place when I visit Marmaris. It’s a mile and a half from the centre a 25 minute walk but plenty of local bars within 15 minutes. A 5 minute walk down to New York bar is worth a visit to see Murat, Alex and Rami and team. They are a good laugh. Yes I definitely recommend this place you won’t be disappointed.

First time to alpina . Booked through jet2 who describe the rooms as deluxe doubles but what you actually get could be a standard twin as the hotel only has a limited number of deluxe doubles which are allocated on a first come basis , you can upgrade to a pool view for £10 per night. I found our room 120 roomy well equipped and adequate for a 2 week stay although it could do with a new fridge and a couple of other minor repairs, it could also be a bit noisy late at nights due to inconsiderate guests returning from the bar .the food at the bar/restaurant is of a good quality and reasonably priced , the drinks are more expensive than stand alone premises outside but this is to cover the wages of the extra staff required to serve around the pool and room service. I found the staff in all departments friendly and helpful, any problems or queries just ask pam PR . I like the area of the hotel and enjoyed my stay so will return in may. To clarify a couple of points to the seasoned travellers previous review you only pay for the adults only leather poolside loungers and the money is deducted from any bar/restaurant bill you may have that day , there are many free loungers available around both adult and kids pools. As for the dolmus it is th no 2 not 22 , it does at regular circuit from the top of armutalan to the fountains at the back of the bizarre/marina , get of and on were ever you like it doesn't have to be a fixed stop it's a great way to get about .
Over all we found this a very fair place to stay for family holidays or couples as it has a lot on site like hairdressers, tattooing, Turkish baths, spa and 24 hour shop . I would classify it as a good 3 star hotel and good value for money . Hope all is well for may on my return with less covid restrictions.

Iv stayed at club alpina for 5 years this year and I love it there it’s a very friendly hotel, the cleaners do a very good job keeping the hotel and rooms clean the management are always very keen to help with anything you have issues with. As a mother of 3 kids I always feel comftable staying at the hotel and I leave the kids and myself Rome around by ourselves with no worries at all.. Alex the bar manager have been there since Iv been going and he goes above and beyond to help and make your holiday go as smoothly as possible (taking my phone once to get it fixed in his own time) absolutely brilliant and the rest of the team are too Pam is brilliant the entertainment team are brilliant the whole hotel is fab cannot wait to go back August with a bigger crowd... see you soon alpina 😜

Restaurant and entertainment team are amazing and made our stay, Jason is the loveliest person there to date goes above and beyond and a real laugh genuine friendly person. Cleaner would only make our bed they wasn’t changed or fresh towels, the food was ok, drinks are overly priced 25lira for a Fanta that wasn’t Fanta it was cheap orange pop, the Owners wife who dealt with the bills was a rip off, there was always things added on to your bill that you hadn’t had. During my stay got talking to quite a few people that had the same problem, reception staff were rude and had no customer service skills at all, WiFi was shocking and only could get it at the pool, otherwise had a lovely 2 weeks rooms were clean and tidy, pool was lovely, hotel is a little far out from everything

I Really enjoyed this hotel. I did not pay for the air condition as I did not need it. I bought a stand up fan for £13 and dismantled it every day and put it in my suitcase as the hotel policy is no fans from outside. All in all, it is a really nice hotel and I can not say any bad things about it.
Just two pointers though, I believe you have to pay for your pool lounger but if you eat or drink more that £10 a day its free. Not sure about that but its in the reviews somewhere.
Number 22 Dolomus bus takes you to and back from Marmaris Marina for 3 Euros.
Walk out of the hotel down to the main road past the taxi rank on the left and takes 1 minute. turn left at the bottom and there it is the bus stop and the Dolomus coming from the left travelling to the right takes you to an abundance of bars. Tried to drink in every one. Lol.. Avoid the shops that have no prices on as there is quite a lot. For 15 Lira you can get a pint of draft at the marina in Marmaris.

We have stayed at Alpina every trip except one since 2005. This year was slightly more expensive due to Hotel trying to recoup lost revenue during covid. We were in a Deluxe Apartment which was clean and adequate for our needs. The aircon is situated in livingroom but if it is left on all night, the colder air does filter through to bedroom. The bathroom seemed to have been refurbbed since our last trip in 2019 and the shower was pleasantly good, plenty power and kept its heat either in morning or evening. Cleaner was in everyday, either to sweep and empty bins or to change towels and bedding. Pool area was a bit difficult to get sunbed but if you were up early enough, there was always bed available. Every day we spent by the pool, we managed to get same 2 beds each time. The staff were decent and didn’t seem too pushy, when we were asked to play darts or pool, a no was enough and the staff left you in peace. The food and drink was slightly more expensive than surrounding bars/restaurants but food was really good and tasty. Bar staff always said hello although some didn’t speak much English. Emreh was always ready to help where he could and kept the staff on their toes.
In summary, another good holiday at Alpina with no complaints from us. We have already booked up for 21 nights at same time of year in 2023. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇹🇷

Got allocated Club Alpina after our original hotel did not open.
On arrival got allocated our room, not too bad but the balcony looks right on other apartments about 20ft away.
Drink was a tad on the expensive side 30 TL for an efes and 100 TL for a Morgan’s and coke even though you got 2 still about £5 a drink.
The main bar/ diner really could be doing with some air freshener at night.
The pool area was really good the soft sun loungers cost £10 a day but this comes off your bar bill, one way to keep you captured.
Staff on the whole where really good Pam a great help and the wee taxi driver a gem, £2 roughly to go to the marina or blue port, £5 for Iclemer.
My main gripe for me is it’s location quite far back in Armalutan so you really have a good hike to get to the front.
On the whole not really for us more for family’s, would I return probably not but it’s a decent hotel for those on a budget bar the drink prices.

We appreciate this year a number of new guests come to Alpina due to hotel changes and we do our upmost to provide a relaxed and happy holiday environment. Price increases are in line with local inflation and we also provide day/evening entertainment along with comfortable facilities throughout the hotel. Once familiar with the hotel location guests discover all areas of Marmaris are easily accessible via public transport. Was lovely to meet you and hope you come to visit us next time you are in Turkey.

Stayed at this awful place for 2 weeks booked 2 deluxe rooms turns out they don't exist says the owner very basic self catering apartments with dirty old bed settees No toilet rolls no toaster no tin opener. Cleaners work there socks off will do anything to help out. Every night there was fights and arguments doors slamming none stop impossible to get a good nights sleep.
Kids screaming and Playing football in corridors
Pool bar very expensive they try to rip you off one day your drink will cost this much the next day price gone up 30 lira for a bottle of water price for a bottle of wine 430 lira unbelievable and they won't allow your own drinks brought in. There's a lovely 24hr shop next to reception only 3.5 lira for water they sell everything you will need at very reasonable price the staff are lovely
Lots of bars and restaurants close by and much cheaper our favourite place was Eddie's bar (weatherspoons) the best food and entertainment ever we tried the Tomahawk steak wow what a meal just 5 mins away by taxi Eddie will even drop you back to the Nut House

we arrived in sept 2019, for a week mid pandemic. we arrived after 11 pm and found the front desk to be manned by a couple of locals, one of which sprayed our luggage and took it to our room for us which was great. the other took our temperature and checked us in etc. I can't say either of them were 'friendly' but they were definitely efficient!. we had booked as a late honeymoon so were only 2 adults which was great but I did notice quite a few families around and the staff paid as much notice to the toddlers as they did the parents which was great to see. Alex, cha cha, and gigi were great all week, didn't walk past us at any point without acknowledging us even if we were on the way out of the hotel, and, it only took Alex 2 days to get my coffee right in the morning haha. the lads mentioned are the only staff we met (other than the tour rep but he's another story). the entertainment was typical of Turkish hotels, with BBQs, belly dancing, etc but was fun to watch the team taking part in almost all of it. we didn't have a single problem all week so had no need to contact pam but we were aware of who she was and where to find her from the very first morning. unfortunately halfway through our week a large group arrived that were rather rambunctious once fuelled with alcohol, (which started about 10 am) poor pam was visibly run off her feet from the off! this group was loud, rude, and intimidating to other pool users for most of the day, poor cha cha was even pushed into the pool while carrying an armful of stock (which the group then kept some of!) after this incident the volume got worse and no one seemed to care about the other pool users. the staff watched as the group broke the nets from the side of the pool, nothing was said to them but the staff had to remove the nets. I do feel the staff were outnumbered and not supported in dealing with this group. not once did we see anyone in authority, Alex was on a split shift so wasn't on-site at the time. this unchecked behaviour of this group was the reason we began to leave the hotel more and more and avoid the bar at night. However.... the behaviour of one group doesn't defer from how great the staff and hotel were in general! the food was good, the room clean, and the atmosphere (mostly) friendly. we have now booked for the family this year at a different time of year and are hoping to spend more time in the place we've paid to be!
if anyone reads this from the hotel can you please tell me how to request certain floors for our next booking? obviously bringing the kids next time and I cant say i would be happy having them woken on the lower floors .......

On arrival bags were 'sprayed I assume it was to ensure they were Covid free?? The room was large and well equipped but in need of freshing up. There was a slipped and paper under our bed so a deep clean had not been done on change over. We could hear the water waste travel down to the drains clearly in our bathroom and the guests talking in the above room. The up selling was constant, from trips on the first morning, the rep rang our room for a 'meeting' I assumed it was Health and Safety, Covid, meal time et however it was to sell trips. He said best quality and prices, they were not. We had very little toilet paper
and we told we had to purchase more. Alex the shouty, bossy, loud restaurant man told me he wanted to see me buying food there as the resort needed income. I fully understand that shutdown has had a tremendous detrimental impact however I choose to go B&B to enjoy the local restaurants. Breakfast
was so limited, to one selection ie not ceral and cooked or fruit and just tea or coffee, no juice. Smoking in the restaurant was also off putting. So if you want to use it as a cheap bar it is okay but the Comet Hotel opposite much cleaner and included air con. I would never go back.
