Friendly, helpfull staff! Well organized and willing to think with you.

Nice room with small balcony. Comfy (hard) bed and good pillows. Mini fridge, TV and desk with mirror. 4 towels, shower gel, shampoo and soap.
Daily (good) cleaning (and flowers on my bed)
WiFi in the room (comes and goes, but mostly good

Asked for a sunny balcony and got one of the few without sun :-(
2 outlets: 1 near the toilet (?)
Can be noisy from the terrace downstairs. Good pool with shower en sunbeds. Many options to sit outside.
Breakfast is okay. Lunch and dinner not a lot of vegan options. When they where out of things I can eat, they offered me the buffet for a very reduced price. Good move :-)

Environmental friendly: washing towels on the floor and lights with sensors in the hallway

Hammam, massage, madi / padi, beauty and hair salon
ATM in lobby
Guards in front of the door

First the staff here are great friendly and the rooms are fair , the hotel is also in a very good location and everything is kept clean .
However a few things could make all the difference Breakfast is one , it’s basic no problem but it’s just a mess you walk in for the buffet then find a seat ,you then have to walk about to get the cutlery then hidden in the corner is an egg chef where you can have pancakes or an plain omelette now don’t get me wrong it’s a budget hotel but maybe add some onions peppers or chilli make it interesting (after all nobody ate the sausages).
Next the bar this needs to change again staff are good but it’s full of smoking locals ! Very drunk and also entertainment is a guy playing Arabic music , as a guest you feel like an outsider and not part of the action ( maybe cater for guest as well as locals ) .
This is just my views but I’m sure address a few issues more people would book .

Definately not a 4 star hotel as advertised by love holidays, very dated, bathroom has a bath with shower over, bath enamel worn off and rusty edges, broken marble around sink no plugs for sink broken. Hotel has no entertainment, the bar is all men playing cards not a nice atmosphere at all. Minimum choice of breakfast. Most morning there would be cat poop on patio area by pool. No one tells you anything on arrival, no info in room no english speaking tv channels towels and bedding definately old and grey looking white. On the whole the place feels unclean would not recommend to anyone. Lastly its not the best idea to get your staff to dig up the tiles around the pool with a kango drill while your guests are laying on the sunbeds

I loved this hotel which has a family feel thanks to their welcoming, hospitable staff.
An added bonus is that it’s a five minute walk from the local bus station and just over the road from the well tended gardens and sandy beach.
It truly is an international hotel in that it caters for people from everywhere.
I was on a b&b basis for 14 nights.
WiFi is available for free. Fastest speeds are in the lobby and cafe.
Room: Cleaned daily by a well organised cheerful young woman. Always plenty of hot water no matter the time of day you want to shower. Add that room has a hair dryer, toiletries including shampoo, fridge and TV. Sadly lacking is a personal safe to put passports, money and iPads.
Breakfast: this was an excellent international continental plus. There’s a lady who will cook fried eggs or an omelette with ingredients you select and another who makes Moroccan style pancakes. They’re delicious.
Pool: there are two one for adults and one for children. These are heated by the sun and were great once you got in. Sun beds no problem, as people did not hog them.
Cafe/pool bar. The other fabulous thing is that wait staff will serve you freshly cooked lunch/snacks and drinks on little tables by your sun bed.
Prices are the same as local cafes/bars.

Evening Buffet Restaurant:, Soup, salads, various Moroccan and international mains, cakes, fresh fruit etc. Excellent quality and well worth the money.
Hammam: it’s great there are so many treatments on offer and prices are more than reasonable.
Extras: you can book excursions on site at good rates from Rachid who can be found in the lobby. One of the most popular when I was there was the late afternoon trip into the desert to ride camels and have a barbecue.
Last but not least there is Mohammed who has the jewellery/souvenir shop. His prices are unbeatable for silver and 18 carat gold. Plus you can be sure you’re getting the real thing. If you have a design or want a unique piece, see him when you arrive. He will cost it for you and have it made within days.
I shall be returning.

My husband and I spent a week in this hotel and I cannot fault the comfort of the room, the service received and the location, being positioned just five minutes walk from the beach. I have no words to say thank you to Rashid, our tourist agent, who organised our welcome at the airport and made sure we made the most of our time in Morocco, organising nice, informative and interesting trips for us. I would also like to say a special thank you to Mohamed, the owner of the jewellery and souvenirs shop from the hotel's lobby who made us feel welcomed from the very first evening and treated us with kindness, respect and friendship, in a very professional manner. I wholeheartedly give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars.

Hotel check in was straight forward and £14 city tax was paid at checkin. Room was ok standard no shower but an old bath with shower hose near to ceiling. No good as u cant maneuver it its stuck in 1 very high position. A small fridge is there so thats handy.
Towels are very old, worn out and dirty looking. We've been here a week and not once has beddg been changed although i fix bed b4i leave room the cleaners dont touch bed at all. Also never was the floor been swept once as same hairs all over the place still there, for entire week we been here.
Cleaners at times dont leave loo paper then you'd go at reception and ask.
Com back to room in afternoon and no towels either. The cleaning of room is shambolic and useless cleaners fullstop.
Grounds clean and plenty of sun loungers. Poolman works so hard wiping all chairs, matresses down and layg loungers all out. The tables on courtyard are filthy and never wiped.
Food in restaurant is diabolical. Very little and extreme poor choice. Same stuff every day of week. Dried out and absolutely disgusting. A huge que forms at the egg station as they have 2 frying pans which takes forever waitg. The tables are filthy and dont get properly wiped down. No cutlery ever on tables or napkins and one has to get there own.
The men in restaurant do not 'SMILE,' miserable, no hello or anything. They do not talk or acknowledge u r here. The most miserable men I have ever met. People out on steeets are more friendly than these old gunes. They seem very bored and not happy in their job.
Overall my verdict:: rubbish hotel, horrid vile food fine for vegetarians but vile for kids and families. We ate out alot as no choices available. Very poor cleaning service.
I wouldn't waste money here there are more better hotels great service.
Dont bother booking here spend money elsewhere.

First impression.
Hotel is tired. Rooms are tired. Cracks in tiles. Bath peeling on the bottom. No safe in room. A/C waste of time, colder outside in the evening! Bed not bad. Fridge in room always a bonus. There are some additional buildings at the back, pool side, so the photos on here are dated for sure.
The staff are lovely. Mario is great entertainment out by the pool and is the one making the noise! He is very welcoming. Omar in the bar is truly lovely. All so friendly and helpful.
The pool area is wonderful. It is LOUD. Which won’t be to all tastes. Personally, I loved it but bear this in mind before booking, it is not a quiet space at all!
Wi-Fi hit and miss but mostly ok.
Breakfast very repetitive, I had an omelette with tomato and cheese EVERY morning. Some fresh fruit wouldn’t go amiss (that they serve at dinner by??) The meat dishes in the evening were all over cooked and dry - wouldn’t bother personally with all the lovely restaurants locally.
Location wise, you can walk to the beach in a matter of minutes. Loads of nice restaurants and lovely bars with live music, as well as some fabulous nightclubs, that are max 10mins walk.

Even with all the above said, I would go back tomorrow, given the price I paid, that was including breakfast!

Very nice hotel, closer to the beach than you would expect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mario, entertainer, was excellent and amused us all throughout! He worked very hard, as did Omar who served us with a smile around the pool every day. The pool was the cleanest I have ever been in, and never too busy. Staff always set out loungers for us wherever we wanted them. The hotel is a little tatty/dated, but so is the whole of Agadir. Might I suggest, from reading other reviews, that if you like English music, food and staff that you take a holiday in.... here it comes - England?! What was especially nice actually was that the hotel guests were not moronic English people but mostly from other countries. Very pleasant guests. Our bedroom wasn't the largest but there was aircon and always good strong flow of hot water from the shower. Beds were ok. Rashid, tour guide, was useful.

Arrived and checked in smoothly, receptionist was very friendly, process very quick!
Got to our room, quite disappointed really, we overlooked the front of the hotel, not a big deal as we were using the room as a base. However, the balcony door did not lock, when this was reported staff added a door chain as a way to fix this. Not the ideal fix. There was no safe in the room, so no where to store valuables or passports. Usually I keep my passport on me at all times but was advised by Rashid to not do this for safety.
There was no hair dryer in the bathroom as advertised which was a disappointment but we got over it, minor annoyance as I didn't bring my own due to this. We were not provided towels in the room and had to ask the housekeeper for this, we assumed that because we got the room early this may have been overlooked, an easy fix that didn't bother us much.

Staff - they were all great. Reception friendly and reported issues we had, housekeeping were friendly. Staff at breakfast were quick to restock and tidy tables, also very friendly. Rashid was great, booked all our tours with him for convenience. Super helpful and always greater us with a smile when we walked into the hotel. He works very hard at keeping people happy. Rashid also gave us advice around safety and checked in with us regularly. Jamal took us on tours and back to the airport, he was amazing, patient and super friendly. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We had a great time on our tours with him!

Breakfast - fairly standard breakfast, clean eating area, only issue I had was looking for utensils etc as everything is a bit all over the place, however use your eyes, you will find everything you need. The bread is incredible!

We didn't use the other facilities as the hotel was a base for us, we were much more interested in getting out and about exploring.

Despite the issues with the room, I would probably book again, hotel is in a great location and the staff were great. Breakfast was pretty much what you expect. Great as a base and if you don't want anything fancy.
