Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This property is just as described. It is clean and the rooms are a good size. The location is perfect for walking into town or getting to the ferry to the islands. The hosts were great offering suggestions on places to eat. My husband left his camera at the hotel and they promptly sent it to us at our hotel in Dublin so we would have it for the remainder of our trip. Breakfast was not served when we stayed there, but it was not expected either.

We had a very beautiful and spacious room with very good beds and the place is very idyllic and quiet. We slept very well. Our hosts, Pat and Rita were so nice, friendly and helpful already in advance and during our whole stay. The location is perfect vor visiting the Cliffs of Moher (by feet, cycle or car) and the Aran Islands. We can highly recommend it!

Great spot. Would for sure recommend. Very clean and modern decor. Walk to food and pier for cliffs/island. Good on site parking. I will definitely stay again and would recommend. They have a nice seating area outdoors to sit and read. I think best thing about this place is that it is clean and w the modern decor looks clean. I’m guessing it’s been recently refurbished. Only negative thing is that the rooms have the very old skeleton key, and my room was very tough to lock and unlock.

Pat and Rita run a top notch B&B, it is located about 90 seconds from O’Connors pub. They engage and offer advice like a tour guide would. But most of all they are welcoming, helpful all while allowing you your own space. Clean, spacious accommodation. Keep up the great work folks.

I stayed two night Rita and Pat's house. It's not an ordinary guesthouse. Although I travelled solo, i really didn't feel myself like a stranger thanks to friendly and warmful house owners. It was a very comfortable stay, clean and tidy. And very near Gus O'Connor Pub where having wonderful evenings with traditional Irish folk music. I wish the best for these two couples.

Perfect location - metres to all Doolin has to offer (good food and drink) and just a pleasant walk to pier to access the Cliffs of Moher tours and Aran Islands so you don't have to worry about parking anywhere, we just parked up and walked. Pat and Rita were perfect hosts with all the local knowledge and info. Lovely, modern, up to date property. We had really comfortable hotel quality bed (which can be hit or miss in a lot of Irish B&Bs). Everything spotless and well appointed with lovely sitting areas inside and out. Great find.

We stayed for 3 nights whilst walking stretches of the Burren Way. Rita and Pat were wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble from making sandwiches and drying our wet clothing. Comfortable rooms and a great breakfast.
A really enjoyable stay - and not to far to the pub!

This was my third stay at the Pairc Lodge in Doolin. The location is ideal, the accommodations are lovely, and the property is beautiful, including a distant view of the Cliffs of Moher. It is practically next door to Gus O’Connor’s Pub, and some local gift shops that carry a large variety of Irish sweaters. Located in the lower village, it is an easy walk to the upper village. It is a longer walk/very short drive to the docks, where boats are available to see the Cliffs, and visit the Aran Islands. It can also be used as a home base for day trippers visiting the Cliffs, The Burren, and even longer treks to Galway and Shannon. Pat and Rita are the hosts at the Pairc Lodge, and are always warm, welcoming, and very helpful. I look forward to returning, again, on my next trip to the west coast of Ireland. Thank you Rita and Pat!

This is NOT a B&B. There are no meals offered and not even fresh coffee or tea. They do tell you when you book that no food is provided. There is a kettle in the room and tea bags or instant coffee. The location is great though; walking distance to pubs, shops and the ferry. The beds were also very comfortable.

Our favorite accommodation in all of Ireland! Fantastic hosts in Patrick & Rita. Rooms are delightful & location is great for exploring County Clare. We will no doubt return for yet another visit! A great location for a ferry to Aran islands, or a drive to loop head, the Burren, or spending time walking the streets iof Ennis & other quaint villages.
