Quite a nice ''business'' hotel in the middle of Busan, the rooms were decent and the price was very good. For budget accomodation this place is a lot better than what you'd expect. close to the MRT station, and lots of shops aboot.

We stayed at the standard room for 2 nights, costing around USD80 per night. The room size is OK that the washing sink is outside the toilet. Room is clean and tidy. Toothbrush and slippers will be provided. Free bottles of water will be placed inside the fridge.
There is art exhibition at the lobby. It brings enjoyment to the hotel guests.
The location of hotel is very convenient as it is just next to the lotte department store. There is a 24h convenient store near the hotel. You will find many restaurants near the hotel. I went to the restaurant named 海東 near the hotel and they provide fresh seafood hot pot (Won 37,000). It is worth to try :)
There are many mobile street food at the back of Lotte department store but mainly operate at night. Those owners are not able to speak proper English but they are able to provide yummy food. It is interesting to experience the nightlife of Busan people in this way.
I will come back to this hotel again.

My wife and I spent a few days in Busan in late November. This was our first visit so we wanted a mid range hotel that was conveniently located for touring the city. Busan Business Hotel fitted the bill totally. We took an airport shuttle bus that took us to Lotte which was just round the corner; metro was just over 5 minutes walk which can get you the most popular sites. When we left for the airport, we took a taxi which was not expensive at all and only took less than 30 minutes. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within 15 minutes' walk.
We had a twin room on a high floor. Although there was not much space to place luggage, the overall size of the room was acceptable, and the beds were comfortable. It was not the cleanest of hotels with dust on some shelves, but overall, it was acceptable. Wifi was good. Bathroom was average. There was not much choices at the breakfast buffet, but adequate, especially given it was included in the room rate.
Receptionists were very polite and helpful, although some spoke very little English.
If the room were better cleaned, I would give it a 4 out of 5. Nonetheless, I would stay here again, as it is very good value for money.

Unfortunately this hotel is incorrectly advertised. We got to the front door and it is indeed a THREE star hotel. Google incorrectly stated four so we booked.
Regardless of stars, our room has mould in the air conditioning unit and multiple hairs in the bathroom. The toilet had stains as well. The kind staff helped us change rooms but the second room also had a hair and general stickiness problem. The staff were lovely and we felt bad but we do draw the line at hair and mould and felt we had to check out as soon as we checked in.
I think the issue here is of (1) cleanliness of the place and (2) incorrect information on Google and booking.com regarding stars. I cannot overstate how lovely the staff were but clearly management need to take a close look at cleaning standards.

It’s cheap for a reason, beds are hard, facilities are average but location is great. So depends what you want...Staff friendly. Breakfast very limited and showers and bathrooms leak. Housekeeping sporadic some days beds were not made. You don’t get free water and not much tea/coffee etc.

I was quite surprised how immaculately clean the hotel was. For instance, the lobby was sparkling, the hall and elevator were clean and didn’t smell like cigarette, and the room was modern and spotless that I was surprised that the rooms weren’t more expensive. The toilet automatically flushes and you can control the lights and AC, not with a switch or remote, but by simply touching the digital screen on the wall. Also some don’t like it but I really liked that the sink was outside of the bathroom because it allowed me to separate my face washing and simple hand washing without having to go into the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again when I come back next year. I also respected how the staff at the lobby weren’t gossiping but kept themselves busy and professional. They were very inviting and friendly. FYI it’s literally 10 minute walk from the station so if you can’t walk 10 minutes you should consider another hotel. For me the superbly clean, modern hotel with quiet room along with ample street stalls and restaurants right in front of the hotel were worth the walk.

The hotel locates in a very center of Busan which next to Lotte Hotel with Duty Free Shop and many restaurant in adjarcent. The hotel room is clean, modern and compact, much suitable for business person. the price is acceptable and much lower than the neighbor hotel, Lotte.

I checked out on 5 Oct morning, it was pouring so I asked for help to call a taxi twice, but both times the male service staff at the front desk asked me to walk out to the street to flag one myself. I ended up waiting for almost ten mins in the rain trying to get a taxi.
Breakfast is limited but good for the price. But given the poor reaction from the front desk staff, I will not return.

Hello. Staff at Busan Business Hotel. Sorry for the late reply. Our hotel is located along the boulevard. On rainy days it is much faster to take a taxi than to go out on the road and call a taxi. We do not refuse to ask for a taxi. If you have tried several times and have not been booked, the front desk will refuse. Nevertheless, we apologize to our customers. Stayed her for a few days. The hotel was nicely furnished and it was clean. Beds were not very comfortable. It is nicely located. Lots of choices for food. If you want grilled pork, just go the restaurant on the left of the hotel when you walk out. The food was really good - we paid Korean W4,000 more to get really good sides - all worth it. I had the breakfast buffet. It was cheap (compared to other hotels I stayed at) and worth it - only if you do not mind Korean/Asian fare. I liked it. Took airport shuttle which is about 5 mins walk away (if you have luggage it will take longer). Front desk helpful. The bakery downstairs was wonderful - I bought something every day.

A modern hotel with a great location. Close to station, lotte and Seomyeon market. Love the cafe (adela 7) right next to the hotel, some great coffees and deserts. Rooms are comfortable with all basic amenities.

Hello, we also serve breakfast at our hotel, and there is a place where we can have breakfast in a nearby restaurant.
The hotel provides wifi with pretty decent speed. if you are looking for portable wifi hotspot, it is advisable to rent at the airport when you arrived.

There is no extra charge for the deluxe twin room because it is a room for three people.
Also, breakfast price is 4 to 12 years old.
