Just got home from two amazing weeks at X10 Khao Lak with my friend. Well what can I say about this beautiful hotel and amazing staff? We stayed in a deluxe pool access room which was very comfortable and was impeccably cleaned every day. Beach/pool towels were changed every day by the friendly staff along with the giffing of 2 pieces of liquorice and a handmade flower. The reception staff were extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants/bars and ordering us taxis. There was only the seaside restaurant open but the quality and quantity of the food was excellent and value for money price. The staff down at the seaside/pool bar were so friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Katiya was the one for us that stood out but equally you couldn’t fault her colleagues. The staff across the board are a credit to the management of X10. Hopefully next seasons things will return back to some normality so visitors can return back to X10 and enjoy the beautiful hotel, it’s amenities and the stunning beach. Thanks to everyone at X10 for making our holiday one to remember.

This is a good family hotel, geared for children but we would not recommend for couples traveling alone. Situated on a beautiful stretch of beach with expansive grounds, a number of swimming pools (one reserved for adults), kids club etc. However, disappointing facilities inside the hotel with limited lounge space and activities limited to table tennis and pool. Also, for a family hotel surprising that the smoking area was next to the pool table and table tennis! There was some limited entertainment in the evening. The main disappointment was the location of our rooms. We booked the beach wing but our rooms were no where near the beach. As a family we had two adjacent rooms and one of these looked out directly on to a blank wall. Luckily our daughter and family were able to move room. The rooms themselves were fine, modern with good facilities. We booked half board and it is disappointing that all evening meals were buffet style with no alternative. The food was good but as with all buffets, food does get cold from standing around for some time. Lunch, when we had it was a la carte with a good choice. Breakfast was very good with wide variety of Asian and European food. Overall a good stay but let down by location of room (reception staff very reluctant to offer an alternative). The dining room staff were very pleasant and always helpful.

The first week of a two week trip spent here at the X10 in Khao Lak. A beautiful hotel with immaculate grounds and multiple pools and located on a beautiful beach which is totally natural with no sunbeds on the beach. We upgraded our room to beach wing pool view. The room was spacious and well equipped and spotless. We were on a bed and breakfast basis and the choice of food at breakfast was excellent catering for everyone. We did not eat in the restaurant in the evening as there are plenty of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk which were really good and cheap. There is also a nice pool/beach bar, drinks are not cheap but are reasonable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and so polite. All in all an excellent stay and would recommend.

We arrived early and were shown to our room immediately. The room was spacious, the shower area, toilet and washbasin were all separate which was great. There was a welcome fruit basket and water was supplied daily. The 24-hour coffee and water station were greatly appreciated. Cleanliness was superb throughout the hotel. The daily maid service was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and always cheerful. Breakfast was varied to suit all tastes. The "cool room" was a brillant idea and kept food fresh. A suggestion would be to keep the butter in there also, as it soon melted in the heat. Tables were cleared immediately. The pool towels were huge, the best we've ever had, and changed daily.

We stayed at the X10 in early October until beginning of November 2022, We booked 2 pool access rooms for our family 4 adults and 2 children. The rooms were well appointed and spacious and the outside patio was quite large and private but still gave us glimpses of the ocean. The rooms were maintained to a very high standard, the staff in housekeeping, bars, dining, reception were awesome and engaging. This is the third time we have stayed at the X10 and would recommend it for families and couples as the hotel has great facilities and location near to town. The food and the drinks were of a high standard with plenty of variation to accommodate most palets and dietary requirements. We will be back :)

From the outset the staff made us feel so welcome, from the reception to the waiting staff, gardeners and cleaners, all staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location only 10 mins walk from the town or you can use the hotel shuttle for 50 baht a person to khao lak centre or bang niang market. We made use of this most nights. The breakfast was amazing, a great choice of western and asian food with the added bonus of an air conditioned area. Rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard with fresh towels on request. As stated the staff were exceptional, i would like to especially thank Kathleen the guest services manager who went above and beyond. She is a great asset to this hotel and we will certainly return.

We absolutely loved our 3-night stay in a kids suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom for kids (with small size furniture to fit their height, bunk beds and bean bag seats - heaven for our little ones!). The suite was large, nicely furnished and well equipped. The direct access to the pool from our private deck was a good surprise that we enjoyed all day long! There are 5 pools in the resort, a waterplay area for kids and a direct access to a very long beach, so lots of fun possibilities. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. From the reception desk to the restaurant and cleaning staff, everyone was very nice and professional. You can even use an app on your smartphone to order room service food, book your spa treatment or get some information about the hotel and services, very convenient. We particularly appreciated the family atmosphere and the quietness of the resort. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with young children.

The X10 is a wonderful new hotel right on the beach. It's in a very peaceful location, and 10 min walk in both directions along the beach you will reach small towns with shops and restaurants. There are three lovely pools, one for adults only with a view to the ocean (this is where we spent 8 days sunbathing and eating good food), and good activities such as yoga on the beach in the morning. The staff is wonderful, everywhere you are met with a smile. We travelled mother and a young daughter and just really loved this hotel. Especially the kind staff at the Beach bar, where there is good music in the evening. We warmly recommend this hotel if you want to just relax.

Currently staying here for 11 nights and have to say the hotel is absolutely fabulous.
Such a great location, situated just set back from the beach so you get the best of pool and sea relaxation.
The staff are great, friendly and super attentive.
The food is amazing and very reasonably priced.
Stunning views of the most incredible sunset and right on your door step.
Just 5 mins away from Khao Lak centre or Bang Niang where you will find loads of bars and restaurants, its only 150 Bharat £3.50 in a taxi, also the hotel runs a shuttle service if you book in advance.
The rooms are modern, clean and the air con keeps you cool, great big beds which are super comfy and powerful showers
The Wi-Fi is free with great reception throughout the hotel and surrounding grounds

Excellent location in Khao Lak with direct access to the beach. Our chosen rooms had a terrace with direct access to one of seven pools - excellent for relaxation and swimming with the children. Always space available in the different restaurants despite high season. Only 10 minutes walk to town with lots of different restaurants and local shops. Excellent and safe taxi service offered by the hotel. Other local taxi service available 24/7 just outside of the hotel with more or less fixed prices depending upon destination and number of passengers - also safe but in open taxis and no seat belts. Spacious and clean rooms with excellent king size bed. Also a couch that unfolded accommodated two children for sleeping. Towels changed every day and pool towels also changed every day in the early evening. Friendly and polite staff offering excellent service and always ready to supply you with tips and tricks about the local areas offerings, tours and beaches.

We didn't have all inclusive in our package. But they do have a few different whiskey choices. There was a ample range of red wines to choose from. The staff there will be of assistance and are quite friendly
