Nice location with major tourist attractions nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. They went an extra way to make sure our larger mini-van could park conveniently. The breakfast is delicious and packed with local delicacies. The hotel offers good value. They upgraded our rooms without asking.

This hotel is clean and with very good value. We’re a family of 4, it cost only 5,700 TWD for 2 nights with breakfast. There’s parking space here as well. Nice service too. Highly recommended! Would come back again!

Clean and comfortable. Employees are nice and polite. We have called front desk for the light control problem, they have assigned someone to handle it instantly.
Eventually it is not a hardware issue, only the light control system we don't understand how to use it. The room is clean, and bed is fine. Breakfast I would say it is fine for such a economic price.

因為商務旅行的關係， 早到和一些平常自己旅行沒有的疑問需求也比較多，但工作人員都很親切的一一協助處理。房間十分乾淨、備品品質也很好、早餐真的好吃，雖說不在市中心，但在松園別館附近也仍是方便。是會推薦和自己回流的飯店。
Very clean , good service , very nice breakfast and full of facilities for free. They also provide free 2- hr bike rental and umbrella. I particularly like the staff’s kindness and warm welcoming. If u want to get rid of downtown and have a good place to stay, it’s really nice option.

A clean hotel just opposite to a catholic church! Took us just 1min to walk to church for mass on Sun. Hotel is clean and well maintained, rooms are good size and comfortable. Breakfast is varied the 2 days we stay here. Location wise, it is in a quiet area and just a short taxi ride away from the night market. 7-11 just opposite too.

Room service is great,we sit stay Harte for a couple of days but it’s a great service when we got here in the first day. After we activate the room service bottom, the room is clean and everything is tidy. Even the Pajama is folded nicely.

decent hotel . Quite new / very clean
I book 1 double bed room for sat night
Parking lot and 7-11 right cross the street.
About 5 min drive to downtown or night market.
Breakfest need to be wait a while due to much people.

Good experience to stay here for one night. Reasonable price and clean room deserve 5 stars review. Btw the parking lot in the hotel is a little bit inconvenient, but you can park on the street outside here. Overall is good enough! We’ll consider to come here again!

I come back to stay in this homey hotel almost one year. The staffs are friendly and the stay is amazing too.
The surrounding have more convenient store 7-11 and the rail station is renovation already.

What was bad in this Hotel? It is a long list.
1. This Hotel is not a 4 star hotel, as it was written on Booking.com. But in the reality this is a 3 star Hotel.
2. All picture of the Hotel on Booking.com is much nicer than the reality. This hotel is not a nice Hotel
3. The staff doesn't speak English. When I write doesn't speak English please think on the reality. If anyone arrive into the Hotel, cannot speak with the staff. The staff say (everybody) we don't speak English.
4. Before we arrived we asked advice how to get to the Hotel from the railway station. I have sent the mail much before the arrival. I have got an answer from the Hotel when we already have been there. The Hotel does not help and gives not service for their guests.
5. The Hotel doesn't answer the mails in proper time.
6. When we arrived the shirt and the scarf of the receptionist were dirty.
7. The breakfast is very modest in the Hotel comparing with other Asian Hotels.
After spending 8 nights I have asked a favour. I was renting bicycle. They said no.
In this hotel the guest is not important. Be careful!

눇The quality of the bed was very good, the location of the hotel is quite OK. I liked very much that we got bicycles from the hotel and we could use them. The bicycle is very important in Hualien City. On first day the managers got to us and tried to calm us. They suggested us programs in Hualien. We took one it was good, but the manager and all colleges has gone after two days.

Approximately, 10 min taxi ride from the train station, less than 300 Taiwanese Dollar.
our shuttle bus is upon on request. It's from 9am-5pm. Please reserve 3 days in advance. Thank you!
