Intially would like to stay for 3nights but hotel is full. Manage to stay only 1 night and I wish to return everytime i come to Bangkok in future. We are so impressed that Hotel staff manage to decorate our room as we put remark for celebration. We felt so warm! Room is very big, new and bathroom is bigger than what you expected. Located above a shopping mall but it is safe at main road. You can easily walk down for a massage and back to room for rest at night. Free flow of drinks and cookies if you want. This can save alot of cost by buying water at 711. Free fruits and steam bun at 7am to 10am is a added value. Easily go to pratunam, platinum mall, Big C and everything in Pratunam area. Strongly recommend and I will definetely come back.

This is a hotel located right in the Pratunam area opposite Pantip Plaza. It looks like a department store with an unattractive entrance. Don't be fooled by this because once you are on the floor it's a world in itself. We booked a one-bedroom room and a twin room with windows and felt very comfortable. The rooms are clean and well lit. There is a microwave oven, mini fridge and cupboards but no plates to use with the oven. Well appointed TV channels with some sports channels to watch the Premier League. The bathroom is clean with good hot water. Just need racks for the towels. We saw a lot of guests from ASEAN and the guy at the reception was very helpful. We ordered a taxi to Don Muang Airport at 4:30 a.m. and paid 600 for 4 passengers. Overall, a decent hotel good for shoppers. Why stay at Novotel and pay triple?

Location was unbeatable! The staff working at Leela Orchid were absolutely amazing (especially the lady manager)! Super friendly and accommodating and really made an effort to make us feel very welcome. Great recommendations for couple.

Good location if you want to shopping. Its near Platinum Mall, Pratunam morning Market and only a short walk to Talad Neon night market or Big C supermarket. Its a new hotel. The room is clean and spacious. They got water kettle in the room, but coffee tea only available lobby. Its quite cheap actually, but unfortunately its almost impossible to sleep there. The wall is sooooo thin I can even hear someone else's Line app notification from my room. And also there were a very loud machine noises in my room. Everyday! I thought it was my aircon, so I turn it off, but it wont stop. I finally call front office to check it, n the noise stop. So what was that loud noises??? And why did u do that at 2am!!! Yes, its cheap. But its a hotel. The main reason we booked a hotel is for sleeping, rite??
One more thing. It located at the 2nd floor. The first floor is small shopping place, and it close at night. Im a girl, travelling alone. Check in at 9pm and check out at 3am. Alone. In a close shopping mall. No security, no concierge, no porter, no taxi stand. Nothing. No one. Its scary.

Overall interior of hotel is new, and room is still relatively new. However, their service was not up to expectations.
There is a no smoking policy in the hotel, and all the rooms are equipped with a smoke detector. However, the steam from the shower happened to trigger the smoke detector, and a few staff came to our room to ask us if we smoked. We denied and even let one of them in to smell the room. They left the room, but came back shortly after with a ladder and barged into our room to fix the smoke detector. Mind you, we were 2 girls still in our pjs, getting ready to go out in the morning at around 10am, and a group of men just barged in without asking for permission to fix the smoke detector, when it is clearly a lapse in their technology.
We felt vulnerable at that moment and regardless of how good the concierge service is, we will never stay at that hotel again due to how they handled such a situation poorly.
If you are looking to stay at this hotel, maybe do reconsider.

Great Hotel! It was located near to Krung Thong Plaza and Platinum mall! 2 7-11s nearby and at least 3-4 massage places to choose from. There was a MacDonald's nearby too. Staff was pleasant. Hotel room was clean and spacious!

A very clean hotel. Considered a very good location for a budget hotel. It seems like the hotel is secluded but actually is not. Nearby below the hotel. Almost everything is there. 7-11, street food, and accessory shops are there.
Take note, they have washing machine. But no dryer.

Very clean, comfortable and great location. It has everything you need, plus the staff is friendly and helpful. It would be perfect if they provide breakfast as the restaurants and food courts don't open till 10 or 11. However, they do supply white bread, jam and bananas for light breakfast which might suit some people.

This hotel charges cleaning service for. I have left some makeup powder on the towel, it not stained, it’s powder. But the hotel claims it need special cleaning therefore charged me. It’s not the amount that they charged, it’s that this is a hotel, yet they charge guest for their cleaning service. Other hotels, Airbnb and B&B that I’ve stayed previously have never even charge me for that before, but this hotel does. Also they didn’t provide me with any receipt or invoice for the charges I’ve paid. This is ridiculous. And I’m suspicious of how they washed the towels and bedsheets “normally” when they say my towel with powder need special cleaning.

This hotel is located inside a small shopping mall called krungtung plaza I think. It's right in front of pantip plaza new petchaburi road. The rooms were practically new. We were in 2 bed twin room with no windows. Wood floors. Clean and spacious bathroom. In the morning, there is light snacks like banana, cookies, tea and coffee. I believe tea and coffee are 24 hours. THB 1000 cash before leaving the airport for room deposit. There is an ATM at the entrance of plaza.
