The staff was extremely unfriendly throughout our stay. The air conditioning was in poor condition, leading to an uncomfortable and unpleasantly warm night. To exacerbate the situation, the receptionist informed us that she couldn't assist us. To make matters worse, an unfortunate incident occurred when a member of the staff allegedly stole our laptop. When I brought this incident to the attention of the staff, they initially claimed that nothing could be done since the manager was absent that day. The following day, I received a call from the hotel informing me that they found nothing unusual on the security footage. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the managers, explaining that I had not requested cleaning services the previous day. However, the security footage showed someone entering the room. I emphasized that this should not have occurred as I had not requested any service. Despite my concerns, the manager insisted that the staff member was innocent of theft.
