Very comfortable bed and pillows! Honestly the best sleep I had in a hotel in a very long time. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Money well spent. Breakfast available every day for 15€ a person. Amazing variety of options that helped us start our day just right.

The location of the hotel is very good. Easily accessible by public transport, approx. it is 20 minutes from the central part of the city. The hotel staff at the reception and at breakfast were very kind and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very delicious, you could choose from several types of sweet and salty baked goods, there were many types of meats and cheese. The selection was very plentiful, as soon as something ran out, it was immediately replaced. This hotel was a very good choice, we warmly recommend it.

Fair price & quality ratio, very calm area close to metro. We also received a recently renovated room.

The rooms and hotel are up to a high standard, very clean and tidy and all the staff are lovely and welcoming. Has good wifi, and in good walking distance of attractions and restaurants. There is a TV in the room too which has Netflix etc on too!

My boyfriend organised for us to stay here for my 30th birthday.. staff were FANTASTIC, super helpful and friendly. We arrived a little early and instead of the receptionist saying ‘come back later’, she could tell we hadn’t been to the city before and helped us map out the next few days for us, telling us her recommendations and how easy it was to use the tram system! She mapped out the gothic quarter, told us some restaurants she liked herself, what to do/to avoid! She went above and beyond! I don’t remember her name but want to say a massive thank you as she really helped me and my friends out!
For the tram to get to catalunya was super easy, literally 10mins to the last stop and then you were central walking distance to everything, really good tip!
Rooms were always cleaned to a high standard and breakfast was plenty full, good Spanish omelette and crackin bacon! We even went back earlyish one evening and had a few beers before bed, 2euros a pint! It ended with a few more beers and a lot of laughs from us! Had so my fun!
My last thank you is to say, I left a very dear denim jacket at the hotel with a number of pin badges that I have collected over the years of my travels and upon realising what I had done, the hotel staff helped me get it couriered back over to the UK, putting me at ease and staying in contact with me throughout the process! It arrived home today and to say I’m relieved is an understatement!
