Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

The location is good, you can get the underground by walking 8 min. And there is also a bus stop close.
The hotel is in a very quiet area, residential , but you can still find some bars and a supermarket.
the hotel is 3 stars ,very clean and can offer a late check out until 12.
We did not have breakfast included so we decided not to pay 10 euros per person/day.
The hotel is20 min far driving from the airport (free taxi is about 20/30 euros)

I love the location of the hotel. I also love the terras at my room. But even when I arrived the first day it was someone’s hair in the sink and in the bathtub. And it just did no feel like they put a lot of effort in cleaning. I can compare to hotel Catalonia in clot and they have much better cleaning and even better and fresher rooms, new renovation in a lot of room that, which is a plus. But overall it was a nice stay at your hotel but the experience can be made better. Also as a member of the rewards club it says that late checkout should be free of charge based of availability. I hade to pay to jade late check out, but to me that means that nobody needed that room for that day. I someone was going to the in the late check out would not be possible. And no it was but for at price. I just don’t understand, did you dismiss guest that wanted that room because that sounds weird

Lovely area and nice staff. However, a few things to be mentioned. The rooms with a balcony overlooking the street are minuscule and very noisy. Better avoided if you need a good night sleep. Staff very kindly moved us when requested it. Second, beware they may charge your card before you arrive. Although I have to admit it is written in the small print and I understand the reasoning behind it, it was a surprise. The card used to secure the booking was different to the one we had to use to pay for it. They refunded it but we lost on the exchange rate. Personally this should be a cost of making business.

The location is nice, in a quiet residencial area, and close enough to Diagonal and a metro station.

The price is however absurd, for a very basic 3 star hotel in a non-touristic area.

The room was very small, and with no window (again, for an absurd price).

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the rooms around, which perturb your sleep.

Breakfast was ok, but basic.

Staying in Barcelona is expensive. Compared to other hotels in the city the price was fair but compared with other places it is not good value for money. A 3* hotel should not cost this much. However, the hotel provides excellent service and the standard of helpfulness, friendliness and efficiency was very high indeed. Everything I needed was provided, including an excellent breakfast. Also very efficient internet access.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the guys at front desk were kind and helpful. The metro station is in few minutes walking. I simply suggest this hotel if you have to stay in this area (very calm). The only issue I had was the did not accept my amex card, but we solved with some emails.

The service, the hospitality of the staff made we have enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was a joy, the room and bathroom were nice, the bed was excellent. The only issue was the tap in the bathroom. It was on a very clumsy place, hard to use.

The hotel is in a pleasant, quiet residential area away from Barcelona centre, but only a couple of minutes away from the Metro. Only negative comment is that the beds were quite hard. Staff were friendly and the rooms and communal areas were clean and modern. Reasonable value for money. Would stay here again although would probably prefer to be closer to the centre.

Great hotel! Really clean and organized, has a simple but tasty breakfast, always served by smilly and really nice people. The room has nothing fancy but it's functional, clean and comfortable. Good working and easy free Wi Fi internet. Sounds like 'yeah, it's the minimum a hotel should have' but we all know it's not like this and it's really good in this hotel. All the receptionists I met there were extremely polite, always ready to help with any kind of information or service. The hotel is located in a very calm and friendly neighborhood with fast access to bus or metro that will take you anywhere you need really easy. Besides you can go walking to Camp Nou watch a Barcelona football match!!
Well, i really liked the hotel, and if one day i'm back to Barcelona, I'm sure I'd be back to this hotel, and i advise people to stay there.

Get the airport bus to Placa Catalunya, then metro to Sarria or Tres Torres and it's then just a short walk to the hotel.

they serve free coffee in the afternoon. but I doubt they have something else. however at the same block there is a small vermouth bar and there or you can go to the square next to the hotel 1m walk and have a beer / drink.
