We stayed in room 1211 in March 2020 prior to Quarantine measures and it was a perfect stay! As a hotelier I would like to highlight that the service here was in on the highest level. All the staff is sincere and friendly. Every hotel employee went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to make our stay memorable. The room, we stayed in, was in a very good condition and a big balcony with garden view made our stay very romantic. Oh! What a pleasure of having a glass of red wine in this balcony at night! The front desk was amazing from check in to all our conversations with them during the stay. Furthermore, I must mention our waiter on the breakfast (sorry that we don`t remember his name), but he remembered all our preferences and was very attentive to all our requests. And believe me, we had a lot of requests since their buffet is so good and we stayed at the breakfast so long to try all possible dishes))) This is not beachfront hotel, however, it made no difference for us. Every time we wanted to go to the beach, they organized a complimentary shuttle within a couple of minutes and we were there after 5 minutes. Indeed, the hotel beach is not perfectly clean as ocean waves bring dust and seaweed, but if you take five-minutes walk along the coast you will be on the cleanest beaches with minimum amount of people. We were very lucky as there were practically no tourists on Bali due to Corona virus infections all over the world. I would definitely recommend staying here - very heartwarming hotel with sincere employees!

It is my first time to stay in Marriott Vacation Club. As the property belongs to the Marriott Vacation Club, all membership benefits (upgrade, select platinum welcome gift, late checkout until 4 p.m., Your24, complimentaty Breakfast, etc.) are not applicable.

wonderful hotel that has two parts to it. One for the more energetic resort activities around the pool, the other more relaxing around a huge lagoon pool. Food and drinks very reasonable and if you make use of happy hour prices it has everything you need. the beauty is that right outside there is the local village where you can try local food at great prices as well as shop for souvenirs.

What at amazing experience be guest to this great location in Nusa dua. Me and my wife we live in Australia and before Covid we come in Bali once years this time we choose to stay in nusa dua never been before to experience the relaxing part of Bali and we did a great choice! The hotel is very clean and well maintained, the staff is very polite and careful everything is going well during your stay. The pool area is very beautiful and they got very relaxing spa .the room is very clean whit all the comforts like satellite tv, air conditioning very fast wi~fi and cleaning service everyday But what very impressed me is the breakfast area : you got a lot of choices big continental buffet and also there is a section whit a chef cook in front of you Balinese breakfast for the lovers of Asian food a lot of choices for fresh juices and pastries also the quality of the food is very good as Italian is not easy to impress me whit food but they did it !!!! But the best part is the restaurant and breakfast section staff they really now how to spoil you the manager and his staff are very polite people and going around the floor all the time to check you always happy and don’t miss anything and if you have some special requests they will do anything to make it for you. Walking distance from the business area such as restaurants , local sops, exchange money, night life club, rent motorcycle, and massage shop. Also they have private beach club not far from the hotel whit shuttle service which bring you there and pick you up every hour the sea is very clean and the have bar whit a nice cocktails menu and excellent food If you look to stay in Nusa dua don’t think twice just book whit COURTYARD by Marriott Definitely I will coming back next time me and my wife already plane for next trip and stay again here This hotel really deserve all the 5 stars highly recommended!!!!!

I spent 5 nights here in a lagoon access room at the end of FEB with a friend. It was the best place to unwind, relax and eat!
Check in was super quick & friendly, and a welcome drink provided and appreciated after the trip in from the airport. We were shown to our room which we had booked the lagoon access for the ease of easy access to the pool and benefit of our own patio.
The room was impressive in size, we had requested a ‘twin’ room were given 2x double beds were available, the best were comfortable and the linens clean, with a fantastic room service daily.
The bathroom was spacious with enough bench space where us two ladies were able to spread out our many toiletries, the in house toiletries were also good with good quality free flow Pump pack shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the bathroom which smelt lovely and a good sustainable option minimising single use plastics. The shower had good pressure where there was an option of traditional and rain shower overhead.
We spent a lot of time by the pool which was fantastic, with many sun lounges and a pool bar where you could order drinks which would be delivered directly to your sunlounge with a smile, happy hour is available and we certainly enjoyed. Our cocktail waiter trainee ‘Twi’ was delightful and very attentive.
Our favourite place though would have to be the buffet breakfast where you could opt to sit comfortably inside or on the vast outside decking by the pool which was nice where the resident squirrels would also enjoy there breakfast right beside you in the trees.
The buffet itself was amazing and complimentary with our booking, with so many stations and international options we were spoiled for choice and it certainly filled us up for the whole day. The staff were attentive and the pastry chef who daily would go around to all guests offering croissants fresh from the oven even arranged for dadar gulung to be delivered to our table the following morning when we had mentioned they were our favourite Indonesian treat, this was very attentive and we were thrilled with his service.
All the staff at Courtyard are Fantastic but the best of the best for personalised friendly service would have to be from ‘Dika’ from food and beverage who again was a trainee but one we expect will go very far as he is exceptional in his care for guests even remembering our names out of all the many guests staying at the time, we look forward to returning and watching him progress in his career. Thank you Dika, you are a true star ⭐️
The location of courtyard is great, although you do feel secluded there are many restaurant, massage and convenience options on the area, you just have to leave the property and explore. Transport is easiest to get by leaving via the rear through Marriot gardens entry gate.. oh yes Marriot gardens resort is directly behind which offers you additional areas to enjoy, this however had a more vibrant vibe around the pool area which may suit many, we loved the tranquility of courtyard and can’t wait to come back.

Stayed here for a week & would highly recommend it. The location is so quiet & peaceful but there are bars & restaurants a short walk away. The pool area is beautiful with lots of sun loungers which are probably the most comfortable we've had in years of travelling! There are good happy hour offers on throughout the day & prices in the bars & the restaurant are very reasonable. Our room was spacious with a huge bathroom & very well maintained - lots of toiletries & plenty of tea & coffee & a hairdryer that was actually good! We upgraded to a pool view room & it was worth it as our balcony was pleasant & not overlooked at all. The free shuttle service to the beach club is excellent as is the Bali Collection shuttle which runs hourly - lots os places to eat there. The biggest asset to the hotel has to be the wonderful staff who go out of their way to help. We will definitely return.

As a start, the check-in process was smooth and recognition to Bonvoy Elite member was one of the best among Marriott hotels I stayed during this trip.
Had a Suite which provided vast amount of space, more than enough for my wife and our 2 children to have their own spaces. The room was well furnished with a living room and dining table.
Had breakfast and dinner in Momo Cafe and another light dinner in Dapur Santai. The quality of the food and the service and attentiveness from the crews was at all time great and was one of the highlight during our stay. My young children had a particularly wonderful and memorable experience feeding the squirrels during breakfast time.
While the hotel, like most other hotels in Bali, was severely impacted by the current tourism downturn, it was still well maintained in most area. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one in the middle of Courtyard and another one in MVC area, both were kept clean all the time. The Courtyard's swimming pool was simply stunning, with lots of trees around and an island in the middle of the pool. The MVC's swimming pool was also excellent but with completely different style which complement each other. The beach club was also very nice and clean, albeit the scorching heat from the sun during my visit.
Another highlight will be on the hotel provided activities, like yoga and Pilates, which my wife had wonderful time joining the activities.
The Kids Club is an area that can be improved, although it has a good activities program, the facilities and equipment was much reduced (we were informed that it was due to Covid-19 protocol, but some other Marriott hotels managed to provide the facilities and equipment while keeping children safe at the same time).
Overall me and my family had a wonderful stay, made even more special by the sheer friendliness from Courtyard's staffs. I am confident it will be even better when the tourism situation picks up again as it has already become one of our favorite hotel in Bali.

My second time checked in here after 5 yrs ago. Still offers one of the best hotel in Nusa Dua complex. Located within one area of around 3ha with the newly built The Marriott Gardens apartment service hotel with its own lobby.
The room condition & facilities since 2011 opening are still in superb quality, with pandemic health compliance protocols. Some amenities like toothbrush & toothpaste are available upon request.
The breakfast is served based on as requested menu & will be delivered to the table instead of the regular normal process.
It's a 5* hotel from me.

5 star resorts are a rare treat for our family, but we chose courtyard to finish up a busy 10 days touring in more remote places. The staff and service were amazing, always willing to help in any way. Our children loved the pools and kids club. I tried the yoga and fitness centre a couple of times and enjoyed both experiences. My husband commented that the breakfast was some of the best quality food he had tasted in Bali! We hope to return.

We stayed here this month for a relaxing short break but will think twice before returning. While everything was ok for what it was there were a couple of let downs from a well known brand hotel chain.Upon check-in, we were told where to go to our room, not shown. Bags took about 30 minutes later to arrive. Breakfast in Momo's restaurant is typical buffet style, but they do have decent coffees. They have 3 large pools & a kiddy's pool ( including play area) as well as a "lazy river ". All are nice. The issue is there is no where near enough sun lounges for the pool access rooms, let alone all the hotel guests. We didn't find any where to just sit and have a drink or read your book unless back in your room or buying a drink at the bar. Staff are always friendly and very attentive. Rooms are a good size and the bed is comfortable. In the beginning our gripe was our room was not cleaned until 3-4pm daily, even though we were out each day by 830am. A quick chat with housekeeping for early cleaning and this was easily fixed. It was very difficult to contact the hotel by phone or email prior to arrival to arrange airport pick-up & or drink packages so I ended up organising transport thru Get your Guide and just bought the odd cocktail. Luckily we found a "side gate" past the mini golf which led out to the street markets and several restaurants with nightly entertainment. Overall I was a little disappointed considering the cost and we went "off season".
